Have you ever wondered where dogs go when they have no home? Shelters are scary for Great Danes and often the shelter does not have space for a Giant Breed. Most of our Danes are surrender to us from owners that cannot keep them for a variety of reasons.
FFGDRI takes in Great Danes that need a temporary home(foster) until they can find their Forever Home. Our volunteers work tirelessly to bring in as many Danes as we can. Unfortunately we cannot do it if we don’t have open foster homes.
FFGDRI pays for all medical. We provide a crate. Our group of volunteers are here to help if there are any questions. We have a Medical Mentor that writes a medical plan for each dog. It is a guideline to get dogs healthy for their future home.
