Hi, my name is Ziva (the brave)! When I came to my foster momma’s house I was timid and my name was Violet, but I didn’t want to be a shrinking Violet, so now I’m Ziva the Brave! I have been working hard to gain confidence around men. I even got to visit the local firefighters. They were very nice and I let them pet me and give me treats. I do love my treats! My foster momma has taught me down and wait. We are still working on other commands. I walk very nicely on a leash with a gentle leader or an easy walk harness. I do love to go walk and sniff. I have a sensitive tummy so I require Purina Pro Sensitive Stomach food, but it gives me a beautiful shiny black coat! My foster momma calls me her long legged black beauty! I do still think I’m a small puppy, so I might knock over small children when I get excited. I live with a cat and have learned manners with him. I am a puppy so if the cat runs away, I might like to give chase. A dog tolerant cat would be best. I do LOVE my foster sister a 50 lb mixed female. She and I play all day long and even cuddle for naps. My foster momma says I am a very good girl and we are just waiting for the perfect furever family.
