Finnegan gives the best slobbery kisses. He is a big boy. He came to Forever Friends with his litter-mate sister, Riley. Their previous owners became disabled and unable to care for two big Dane teenagers. Finnegan hasn’t been socialized much and can get nervous easily. He took a bit to adjust to his new foster home, but within a week he fell in love with his foster mom and dad. Finn is very sweet and gives sweet kisses. As we work on confidence separated from his sister, he can get nervous in his crate. He has been a rockstar on potty training and has never had an accident in the house. He isn’t much for play, but his fur foster sister tries to get him to play, jumping on and barking to get him engaged. He has never shown her any aggression, just an annoyed stare as he tries to get his foster mom to play with him instead. Basic obedience is going well, he sits most of the time. On walks he doesn’t seem interested in other dogs. He’s a gentle soul and just needs some confidence and exposure to the world.
